Independent China sourcing
Reds10 is an independent China sourcing and procurement service for modular and portable building buyers. This site is independent of the original brand and without its sales authorization. We match suppliers to a defined project brief, compare quotations, coordinate samples and inspection checkpoints, and follow export documents. The selected supplier manufactures the product; qualified professionals in the destination market determine building approvals.
A useful supplier quotation begins with a written use, destination, load basis, quantity, and scope boundary.
That principle shapes our coordination. Two offers for a portable classroom may look similar until one excludes the covered walkway, foundation anchors, or site electrical connection. We ask for those differences to be visible before a buyer compares price. Wind, snow, seismic, fire, energy, accessibility, and permit requirements depend on the project location. They are verified by the supplier and the buyer's appointed technical professionals, rather than assumed from a general catalog.

A management-system certificate, if offered by a supplier, is a document to verify for that supplier and its current scope. It is not proof of structural capacity, a wall-system fire rating, or a permit in the destination country. We request project-relevant declarations, calculations, and test reports where the RFQ requires them.
Our procurement process uses a reviewable checklist. Documents are requested from shortlisted suppliers and assessed for the particular project; their existence and validity are never presumed from a supplier's marketing page.
Ask each supplier to identify wind speed, snow load, seismic basis, storeys, foundation loads, structural materials, and revision dates. A local engineer reviews the applicable code path.
Compare EPS, PIR, and mineral-wool proposals by core thickness, declared U-value, thermal bridge details, and fire reports for the exact tested assembly.
Define first-unit measurements, connection checks, packing lists, shipping marks, and documents required for the buyer's destination port.
A supplier may propose a welded volumetric module or a bolted flat-pack frame. Transport width and 40HQ count should be calculated for that configuration. A panel fire claim does not extend automatically across doors or joints. Site utilities and foundations need their own design responsibility. These distinctions belong in the quotation, not in assumptions made after purchase.
Describe the use, quantity, deployment country, programme, and destination port. We will coordinate the missing questions before asking suppliers for evidence and pricing.
