Start a Modular Building Supplier Sourcing Brief

Send the use, quantity, destination country, dimensions, storeys, climate loads, finish scope, delivery date, and port. Reds10 is an independent China sourcing and procurement coordination service, independent of the original brand and without its sales authorization.

Coordination routes

Use these inquiry routes to identify your destination and response window. Supplier capacity, certificates, and project compliance are checked against each specific RFQ; no local engineering licence is implied.

China sourcing coordination
Full address supplied with the service agreement

Phone: request a callback through the form
Email: mailbox details supplied after inquiry review

Include your time zone and a preferred callback window.

Europe and Middle East lane

Send the destination country, port, and preferred call window so the sourcing desk can route the inquiry.

Use the inquiry form and mark the destination region EU or ME.

Local structural stamps stay with the engineer licensed in the project country.

Asia-Pacific lane

Files from this lane are reviewed by the China sourcing desk. Put the destination port in the opening line of the message so the packing path is visible before the model is opened.

Use the inquiry form and mark the destination region APAC.

Share the proposed shipping width so the carrier can check it against the intended road route.

What the desk can and cannot close

We can organize design wind, ground snow, seismic basis, panel core, and factory-versus-site MEP limits into a supplier brief. We request drawings and records from shortlisted suppliers; availability depends on the actual inquiry.

It cannot issue an IBC, Eurocode, or NCC approval, and it cannot state a permit date. Foundation design and utility capacity remain outside the module package unless a contract adds them in writing. A supplier ISO 9001 certificate, if verified, is not a structural certificate.

A welded volumetric box and a bolted light-gauge kit are both discussable. The box keeps more factory MEP and a closed sandwich panel. A kit can fit more units in a 40HQ container, but shifts bolt torque checks to the installation site. EPS, PIR, and rock wool stay a climate-and-fire choice: a lower U-value from PIR can lose to a thermal bridge at the post, and a rock-wool line can be the one a fire strategy will accept. Those are trade-offs, not a default stack.

If you need a person on a call, request a call to review the design basis and name the year the modules should land. No supplier capacity or shipping slot is assumed before written confirmation.
